Meet Fränzi

Fränzi Bissegger is the ceramic artist behind Art of Wanda. Her love for making began in childhood, during slow Sunday mornings spent crafting small flower vases from soft-boiled egg shells and creating handmade objects at the family table. Those early moments of creativity sparked a lasting passion for working with her hands.

This joy in shaping and creating has followed her throughout her life. About six years ago, Fränzi discovered pottery and it quickly grew into a true calling. Working with clay allows her to slow down, stay present, and transform raw material into unique, functional pieces. Each chawan and ceramic object she makes carries this sense of care, playfulness, and quiet dedication to the handmade.
