Pricing Policy
All prices are displayed in CHF (Swiss Francs) or EUR (Euros), depending on your selected currency, and include applicable Swiss or French VAT where required.
Prices exclude shipping and handling charges, which are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
For international orders outside Switzerland and the EU, local taxes, customs duties, and import fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns and Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy on eligible items from the date you receive your order.
Eligible Returns:
- Ceramics and accessories must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Matcha and loose leaf tea must be completely unopened and sealed
Non-Returnable Items:
In accordance with EU regulations on perishable goods, opened tea products cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a traceable and insured shipping service to ensure the package can be located at any time. Tea Huset is not liable for returns that fail to arrive due to shipping company faults.
Returns must be authorized in advance. Please contact contact@teahuset.com before returning any item.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 10-14 business days to your original payment method.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Customers in the European Union have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive. This right does not apply to sealed perishable goods (such as tea) once opened.

All matcha and loose leaf tea products are perishable and require proper storage to maintain quality. Once you receive your order:
- Store matcha in the refrigerator after opening
- Keep tea sealed in a cool, dark place
- Consume within recommended timeframes
We cannot accept responsibility for quality deterioration due to improper storage after delivery.

Customers residing outside Switzerland are solely responsible for ensuring our products comply with local laws related to purchasing, importing, possessing, and consuming tea products.
